Our Recruiters
In addition to our supportive management and operations team, STASCOM employs exceptionally well-trained recruiters.
Our recruiters are divided into teams that work together as experts in the specific industry they work in:
- Information Technology
- Banking/Finance
- Medical/ Biotechnology
- Contract/Temporary Staffing
Each division is headed up by a team leader and/or Vice President that manages a staff of tenured recruiters.
Even when “rookies” are hired, they are teamed up with a highly tenured staff of recruiters. The average tenure is seven years.
When calling in, just tell our administrative staff which industry you work in and you will be directed in to the right person.
